Yup. Things are just as nuts as ever, but I
have had a bit of amusement. The letter to the editor of the
local newspaper here in Columbus, Indiana (that would be The
Republic... or The Repugnant, The Repulsive, or any number of
other choice colloquialisms I've heard around town for those
of you who care) that appears to the right addresses some of the
recent letters that have appeared in the paper in support of a
ban on gay marriage that is currently brewing in ours and many
other legislatures around the country. It pretty much summed up
my views on the matter, so I thought I'd share it.
Beyond that, we've been busy-busy-busy. Have I gotten
the rewrite done on Karen's Multi-Dimensional Scarf done? Lord, no.
Besides, if you checked my comments, you'd see that Karen herself is
rewriting it, so I'd much rather let her modify her own pattern.
